READING COUNTS

SCHOOL-WIDE READING REQUIREMENTS

Students are required to have a minimum of 25 pts each quarter. Students can find books with Reading Counts tests by red dots posted on the spines of the books in the library.

PERSONAL BOOKS

Personal books, not found in our library, require parent permission and content checked for grade level appropriateness. Pick up a permission form in the library or print out and sign the form below.

NEED TO TAKE A TEST?

Login with your Google Account information below. Tests are only accessible on district computers. The site is unavailable otherwise.

BOOK DOESN'T HAVE A TEST? WRITE ONE!

You can write your own test if there isn't one in the Reading Counts System.

1. Check book with the librarian to make sure it will work for Reading Counts.

2. Write a 10 question multiple choice quiz and circle the correct answers.

3. Questions must come from all parts of the book and none of them can be found on the front or

back of the book itself.

4. Fill out the form below and return to the library with your book and test.
